After your purchase, I will complete the photo you send to me in the message section within 1-3 working days on average. If you are satisfied with the preview file I will send to you after the process is over, I will send it to your e-mail address if your order is digital, or to the address you added to your order if you have purchased a physical product. Your physically purchased orders will be shipped in an unbreakable way.

1. Select style and number of pets.
2. Send us a photo (or multiple photos) via Upload picture box or by email. Please try and use high quality images, if you do the results will be amazing!

4. After 1-3 days we will send you a preview of your artwork. If you approve, we will complete your order and send it to you by mail or post according to your order.

*Since our products are custom made, we do not accept returns, but we are open to editing where you are not satisfied after we show you a preview of your order.*

We will prepare your artwork within 1-3 working days. After confirming the preview file we sent you, if you purchased it digitally, we will send you your file by e-mail within 1 business day. If you purchased physically, the shipping process takes 1-3 business days and shipments take 2-6 business days to the United States and 3-7 business days to European countries. Cargoes to other countries usually arrive within 10 business days.

Ordering digital portraits will eliminate shipping time and shipping costs, and will save you time to quickly print your portrait if you have limited time to receive your order. Since the digital portrait you will buy will be in high resolution, you will be able to easily print as much as you want.

Thanks to the framed or unframed prints you can buy from my store, you can access your portrait printed on high quality matte paper without paying too much for digital portrait orders.
